I don’t know why, but men with a cane… I find it charming.
A touch of mystery, even a little bit sexy.
Maybe it’s because I was hopelessly in love with Orry Main when I was younger.
I’m probably one of the few who still remembers that name — the man from TV serie North and South.
I can still see him, limping back from the war, calling out to his Madeleine in that raspy voice.
I’m drifting off…
But yes — I’ll admit it. There’s just something fascinating about a man with a cane. Period.
